Silverpeak Traders (SMC-Private) Limited provides professional Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Event Management services. These terms outline the requirements for onboarding new clients and the conditions regarding service delivery and refunds.
1. Client Eligibility Criteria
To engage with Silverpeak Traders, clients must:
Be a registered business with SECP or possess valid sole proprietorship/professional documentation.
Provide a valid CNIC of the authorized business owner or signatory.
Ensure all promoted products or services are legal under the laws of Pakistan.
Not be involved in restricted sectors, including but not limited to gambling, narcotics, or unauthorized financial schemes.
2. Required Documentation
Clients are required to submit the following prior to the commencement of any marketing or event project:
Business Proof: SECP registration or valid business license.
Identity: CNIC of the director or business owner.
Address Verification: Utility bill or tenancy agreement for the registered business address.
Brand Assets: Official logo, website URL, and existing social media handles.
Agreement: A signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or official letterhead confirming the scope of work.
3. Service Onboarding & Integration
Access: Clients must provide the necessary administrative access to social media pages and Ad Managers within 48 hours of signing the agreement.
Security: All login credentials shared with Silverpeak Traders are handled via secure protocols. Clients are advised not to share master passwords but rather use "Editor" or "Advertiser" role assignments.
Timeline: The onboarding phase (strategy development and setup) typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on the complexity of the campaign or event.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As Silverpeak Traders provides service-based intellectual labor and event resources, our refund policy is as follows:
Pre-Launch Cancellation: If a client cancels a project after payment but before any work (strategy, design, or booking) has commenced, a 90% refund will be issued (10% retained for administrative costs).
Work-In-Progress: Once the strategy is developed or content creation has begun, refunds are limited to 50% of the project fee to cover labor costs.
Post-Launch/Execution: No refunds will be issued once a marketing campaign has gone live or an event has been executed.
Ad Spend: Please note that payments made directly to third-party platforms (like Facebook Ads or Google Ads) are non-refundable by Silverpeak Traders.
5. Operational Responsibilities
Content Approval: Clients must review and approve all marketing materials. Silverpeak Traders is not responsible for errors in content once final approval is granted by the client.
Third-Party Logistics: For Event Management, any delays caused by third-party vendors (venues, catering, decorators) will be managed by us, but Silverpeak Traders is not liable for vendor-side failures.
Performance: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific sales figures, as marketing performance depends on market variables beyond our control.
6. Suspension and Termination
Service may be suspended or terminated if:
There is a failure to provide necessary assets/access, causing project stagnation.
Payment for services is overdue by more than 7 working days.
The client requests the promotion of misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
